Ear lobes turning white, is this normal?

Hi. My Columbian Black Tails ear lobes are turning white is this normal?

If it isn't what should I do?

She is eating, drinking and acting normal

Don't worry. Columbiam Blacktails are hybrids and no doubt somewhere in their ancestry is a white ear-lobed bird - probably Leghorn
Guinea fowl & a lot of surplus poultry equipment.
