Tropibed bedding

Postby alexpez23 » 08 Dec 2013, 18:25

Hi all, i was wondering if anyone had tried Tropibed yet, i have just become a supplier of it and am using it myself i think it is brilliant bedding better than any saw dust or shavings and it had great reviews in the Practical Poultry magazine(have a read below), i am selling them for £12 per 20kg bale and am based in shropshire if anyone is interested let me know.

Looks good, but as 20kg bales are beyond my easy-lifting abilities now (sacks are OK as they are floppy) I buy small bales of woodchip, which seems to have all the same advantages, but takes for ever to rot down in the compost bins.
Guinea fowl & a lot of surplus poultry equipment.

Hmm…that looks good stuff. I'm in Dorset - do you know where I can get it? I'll have a google around and try to source some.

I have only seen it available through the supplier so far and you can only buy it in bulk a pallet of 35 at a time. I could arrange delivery but obviously due to the weight that is going to be between £10-15
