I have a Shetland and a Shetland/light sussex cross in the brooder box and 6 khaki campbell/ kc crosses in the bator due at the weekend. Stocking up eggs for the next batch!







Be very careful - born and bred Cornishwoman with finger on the ban button! ;)

I clicked 5 breeds because I started out with 5 breeds, but one set was yolkers so only got 4 in there now.

2 x Lavender Araucana's
2 x Crested Cream Legbar
2 x Buff Orpington
2 x Rhode Island Red

(the yolkers were Vorwerks)

im working on the hubby so we can get ducks ! and if i can find some geese that dont do the ainsty thing in spring all that bad i want to get some geese, himself rather likes goose egg omlette

I have 22 eggs in, day 18, (RIRS, RIRXLSussex, RIRX2bigbirds) and when they hatch this weekend I am setting some duck eggs! :lol:

Actually in the incubators are bantam Marans, Brown leghorn, White Wyandotte and Nankin. LF Cream legbar and Welbar, with more of the same queued up.
the brooders have Fayoumi, Cream legbar, Norfolk Grey, bantam Brown leghorn, Barred wyandotte, Ancona, Appenzeller, Nankin - and a couple of newly hatched Seramas.
Guinea fowl & a lot of surplus poultry equipment.

Hi all
my bator has been running for 9wks solid so far I have hatched out
RIRS
BARNVELDERS
BLUE LACED BARNVELDERS
BUFF ORPINGTONS
I also have buff orpingtons and silver laced sebrites in the bator now and will be putting in legbars and yes buff orpingtons when these have hatched
