spencer mixed sweet peas

im a little confussed do these actually produce peas or are they just a flowering plant?
i have been given some seeds but unsure as to what they do as there was no packet or instructions

They're flowering sweet peas, very perfumed. :)

They are the 'standard' sweet pea. There are lots of instructions on the internet as to the best way to grow them. I grow them every year - one of my favourite flowers :)
