low fibre recipes please

can anyone help.... easy pesy savoury or sweet recipes(especially desserts and puddings) that contain NO fruit or veg and use normal white flour as the flour bit all the ones ive found so far take ages to prepare thanks Eric

How about pancakes, with whatever topping you're allowed? They can be sweet or savoury.

(Pancakes-Baileys ice cream-hot chocolate sauce is very decadent! :grin: )

This Impossible Pie is like an old fashioned custard tart that magically separates out into crust and filling... I prefer it cold so make it the day before and pop it in the fridge.

Ooops Mojo sorry! I forgot to add if coconut is too much fibre for you, I've used coconut milk instead of the normal milk and left the shredded coconut out in the recipe with good results! :oops:

very few real low fibre ones as they seem to use lots of veggies but thanks for looking.............anyone else??
