| I never did get around to moving my rhubarb - does anyone know the best time to lift it, split it and replant it in a new spot? |

| I think you're supposed to move and divide it in late February/early March, but I've moved mine in the autumn and it survived, just keep it well watered. |

I always understood autumn or spring was the best time to move most things. During these times the plant is not actively growing because of the cold weather (and presumably winter is just too cold, wet and frozen to even consider doing it )
And, as Nigel said, most plants when they've been moved could do with some extra TLC to help them settle in. |
