Cold, cooked cauliflower, served with a vinaigrette with some finely chopped shallots and a little honey. I use Rasperry vinegar for a bit of difference.
Served to us on Thurs, very yummy, try it!
Our neighbour is coming for dinner this evening, so I will be serving that in a minute.
When we had it on Thursday with our French friends the other choice of entree was Pig cheese!! Made with pig's head, like a very gelatinous pate I think the word Blerk, is the right for this!! |

Did you eat some though NannyP, or politely decline? I know AR would have tried some! |
