Wild birds that are hatched in nests up in trees, are unable to fly to get to any form of food source. Chickens, pheasants, ducks, geese, quail....all hatched in ground nests, are able to walk and forage on their own...well, under mum's watchful eye of course.

That's my take on it at least. Wink

George...penguins eat fish and the wee ones can't swim right away.....so mum has to do the work for them also. Wink But you already knew that.

I missed you yesterday! Where did you go? Hope it was fun.

We went to the Auction at Salisbury, but when we got home had some lunch and went to bed for a few hours to catch up (recover)

Then a friend came around and the other half wanted to use the computer in the evening (and I was still too tired to post much)

We're out this afteroon, so will not be around much, out tomorrow looking at a house to buy.
Belguim on Tuesday,

So with one thing and another will probably not be around much this next week

Luv ya's
