I think 2 white because some people (like me) have adverse reactions to red wine (which is a real pain because I love the taste!) I'd also make one white medium sweet and one dry.

I'd say 2 x red if it's at the end of the year cos I think more people drink red in winter. (or if you're like me you drink anything that's on offer!!)

Agree with Auntie Noo - more people drink red than white, especially in cold weather when cold white wine is not so popular.

Always used to be more white, but I think it's more red these days.

Defo 2 x white - the drier the better, cos thats what I like Very Happy - no, 1 dry and 1 medium. Love red but red doesn't like me and OH is actually alergic to red - makes him very very ill.

2 white, 1 red. Why dont you ask the tables what they prefer? When guests book the table, you could have a tick box on the form for either 2 red/1 white or vice versa. We used that system for our Hunt Ball and Christmas party and it always worked for us Very Happy

I think we're going to go with some with 2xred and others with 2 white, it would take so long to sort out if we go around asking everyone and its tomorro and I've already left it to late Embarassed and of course have to go and get dolled up Evil or Very Mad (not allowed wellies).

its the end of year ball so trying to make it good for those who aren't coming back.
