|

Hi,
We've been tackling redmite in our houses, and have been gleening much useful info on here. Creosote substitute seems to work wonders for us!
But we want to treat the birds with Frontline. Should it be Frontline spot on for cats only? or is the dog version just as suitable? How much to use. I've read people saying 3 drops for large fowl. How do you quantify drop or am I being a bit finicky about this and just get a dropper and put 3 drops on?
Thanks for any info |

| I got Frontline combo for cats from my vets with the instructed dosage of one drop under each wing onto the skin. The dosage comes in a container from which you can do a drop at the time - but two pairs of hands are easier than one! My vet let me take plenty and take back any unopened ones I didn't use. |

| if there is a problem and not otherwise - there is an egg withdrawal period when you use it, recommended 2 weeks (we did one and took our chances) so you lose your eggs. |

well, i feel so superior!! i've treated all the chickens, the cats and the dog with frontline, i soaked the hen house in poultry shield. when it was dry i sprinkled Diatom on the housng and bedding. please let that get the red mite as i'm broke and exhausted!! |
