We went to a council meeting last night about the allotments, where we both (were) volunteered to be on the newly formed allotment society committee but..
.. they confirmed

So far it's purely theoretical, (but I like Tamworths too Jaydee )
Any experiences or practical tips welcome and anyone know of any good books for pig-keeping novices. I need to know what I could be getting into.
Is there a pig-keepers forum I wonder.. |

Nigel how would you keep the little piggy in
I would think one of them running amuck about the Lotty would reek havoc imagine how many veg patches one could eat by morning |

You'll need a big garden! Remember they need lots of room & they make a lot of mess & poop!!!!!!
There's probably regulations regarding DEFRA too, I expect. But I know nothing of these things. I'm sure you've read up on it already, Nigel.
Good luck (my favourite is the Gloucester Old Spot!) |

| you need a pig rotation system so you get one area turned over and de-weeded for you at a time! |
