My uncle bought down 4 cows and 2 calves a few weeks bak. and now 1 of the 2 cows without cows is due to calf. shes been due for like 2 weeks, and still nuthin. but she is moaning today and the others are all gathered around her! whenever the cows are down i always look after them for my unlce and i cant wait for this cow to calf, it will b the 3rd one at my house to calf in 3 years. ill post piccies when she does calf, oo so excitin

Any news yet? Are you managing to get any sleep? We rent our cottage from a farmer and when she is calving she doesn't seem to sleep for weeks.

Yep just came back off hols, and theres a stunnnig little bull calf. Its chocolate colour, yum! Its so cute! That means theres 3 bull calves here and 4 cows, no heffers though sadly.
The cows are escaping all the time into the back of the garden where the chickens sometimes go. Calves and chooks have made freidns, and the chickens sumtimes sit on the cows backs lol
