Not in public places, that's naughty
I've fashioned a hot smoker that has worked fairly well at smoking a load of fish.
Now I want to branch into cold smoking. I've not got either a wood burning stove or a chimney in which to hang things, so I need to make a free-standing one for the back garden.
How?
Anyone got any plans/suggestions/measurements etc.
Even better than that, anyone got one they want to sell for not a lot of money? |

| Also see John Seymour's "Self-Sufficiency" book for good ideas on smoking. |
