i just wanted to know is it worth doing and investing in the equipment to make my own cheese and if anyone can recommend any recipes for it too i have bought a book and im waiting for it to come in the post but i am impatient lol how lomng does it take to make hard cheeses? Question

Wink i use a starter ,and i use cravendale to start it as it is a really clean milk ,

We've just started, too. We've found some books very good with recipes, some with technical stuff, but few are both!
