Made this last night....absolutely yummy,

Payodhi (an indian dessert)

Dead simple to make

410g can of evaporated milk
397g can of condensed milk
500ml of natural yoghurt
1 tbspn of pistachio nuts, skinned and chopped OR,
(which I used to make a sweet and sour)....
4 good handfuls of raspberries or similar

Preheat oven to 225c/450f/Gas 5

Whisk the first three ingredients and put in oven proof dish and put in oven. Bake for 6 mins....turn oven off and leave overnight inside oven.

Remove following day and pop in fridge.

Serve with a garnish of nuts. OR

Make a coulis out of the raspberries saving a few for garnish (blend and sieve out the seeds) Pour a spoonful of coulis on a dish and add the Payodhi, garnish with remaining raspberries.....

Its absolutely morish and not good for the weight Twisted Evil
