Mojo did you keep boiling it up again? I have tried the washing powder and got some off, then tried the dishwasher tablet, boiling again but there is still a bit left on.....I can't bear the sound of metal scraping on metal so just have a go every now end then!

only needed two boilings and a bit of a rub with a metal pot scourer all done.......thanks all

now listen Gilly dont you go giving her ideas the kitchen in our house is MINE and i let her in to work only for making desserts........my hands are too warm for pastry.......so my pot is now sparkling again

Good ! can't have you ruining a good pan , I use Pastry mix have cold hands but no good at pastry but Chocolate Pot or Claufoutis or good old Rice Pudding or Bread and Butter I can manage ! I have been busy with marmalade today, Mint Jelly and pickled red cabbage tomorrow then onto the onions !

yesterday was bottle.sterilize.the peaches day did ten half litre jars...but the chutney the day before tasted really super but stuck like hell to the pan but alls well that ends well...must go got nanny and tankman coming for a couple of days so no forum tonite will be able to talk!! english instead

and they said i talked enough for two...........but tricia and i enjoyed every minute of their visit and then the young buggers took us out to lunch so what a lovely way for the day to finish.........now they have gone.........its so quiet that nanny cant alf rabbit...........heheheheh..got my own back there...............so now we have to wait till the chateau they bought is open to visitors........thanks nanny and tankman for two special days.......les mojos
