Have to say tho seriously they do look very tasty, oh no here I go again, stoppit!! Shocked

I have made chelsea buns before and they look just like that but with fruit instead of cinnamon I will have to try them and report back. (I am trying out potential recipes for produce for the local Country Markets)

thanks Stephen.

No worries! We just fancied something hot and tasty on a Sunday morning, and it fitted the bill. I'd never made them before. The dough is very weird, though, compared to normal bread doughs. It's more like croissant dough.
