Reading in an old PP today the breed characteristics of the Silver Appleyard, it says ' The ducks bill is bright yellow with a dark brown saddle'. Ive looked at the pics they show and at mine and cant see anything dark brown, not from a distance anyway.
Anyone know what a bill saddle is Confused

bit at the end of the bill in the middle, hard pecking bit i think. Think thats right unless my days of breeding appleyards and showing them have failed me Mad
