I still marvel when I collect the eggs, especially after the winter break. I could hardly contain myself when my two new New Hampshire Red banties started laying within an hour of so of each other earlier this week - am I a big kid or what?!?!

I think all chicken keepers are 'big kids' in that case. I think it never ceases to amaze or please to find an egg in the nest box
