Thank you every one!

Betty is quite put out at their arrival - may have to pull her out for a day to see if she stops being mean! However in their defence they are certainly holding their own and move as if they are joined wing to wing!

They are very friendly and don't mind being picked up at all which the two oven readies hate! I shall have to maintain that with them.

Have just had to go and buy a second feeder to keep them busy as well so if Betty is having a moment they won't go hungry.

As my OH pointed out, they are better housed than we are!

Were they all in the same pen when you got them madslg? It's just that when I bought some meadowsweets and a lovely white orpington ~ they didn't necessarily stay together except the ones out of the same pen.

They were in separate pens when i picked them up.

Having had a few days now, they seem to be fine and betty has just resorted to the odd peck to remind them who is boss!

To be honest i am really pleased at how easily they have settled in!

That's excellent news. I never had any problems adding other girls to the flock either

I was meant to pick mine up last weekend too (from tracy) - but was otherwise engaged with my four legged friends Wink

I cant wait til tomorrow to pick up my four new girls....
