There should be another 2 by the time I get home. We think they're mostly gold sebrights x with the dutch bantam cockerel. These piccys are of the first 4 which hatched yesterday. Clucky (son's choice of name) is the one in the incubator & was the first one out. They are now all under the heat lamp and have discovered the food & water. Bert has taken some piccys on the digital camera, including one of the chicks next to a 50p. If he gets chance to email them to me today I will post them for you. If not it wont be til the end of next week when I am back at work (home pc is pretty old ) I just love sitting & watching them & they scuttle around like mice if they get startled. Yes they are - but they are bantams so I don't suppose they would be very big. It's the first time we've hatched chicks so I don't know how big regular ones would be. Maybe an ostrich or an emu !!!
