have you got a couple of feisty Lf that he could meet first?
If he gets a good peck he won't go near them again
Broodies are great for sorting cats out Rolling Eyes

yes I do I think my big Australorpes would do the trick (they take no messing from anything!) but to be honnest if they can fly (or hop) their way up on the roof they are better off where they are - I have no real way of blocking it off.
