They have said that this would have to happen if the virus begins to be spread to humans. Does this mean that if this hits the country that all footy fans should be kept undercover? Also will culling of cats and footy fans become compulsory by DEFRA within the 3km or 10km area's where it breaks out? So many questions..... from Shelly.
