We are expecting our first kid any moment... the female has jsut gone into labour (we think). However...I am desperate for a cow, and the wife wont let me...she thinks it will be too much hard work milking every day...especially when I am not around Does anyone have any thoughts on how much effort is required? My goat tutor does have links in both Sweden and Finland where she has exported goats and will give me some contacts. She used to work in Norway for 2 and a half years too and tells me there are plenty of jersey herds in Scandinavia.
