I have got a steer an heifer going in the freezer at the beginning of April.

I am going to be selling 1/4's direct from the butcher if anyone is interested £2.70 per lb (£5.94 per Kg) . They have been grass and hay fed with a little bit of barley on cold days. Very pampered and are going to a small local slaughterhouse where they will be dispatched individually and won't have to go in holding pens with different cows and wait around.

I can deliver locally ( 20 miles from Wells)

Wish I lived closer! We got some Shetland beef from my brother in law (once) and it was fantastic!
