Lovely pics and chicks, Goerge. Just a thought... I had read that standing on newspaper, could cause spraddle leg. People in the past have used corrugated cardboard or a towel to stand on Wink

nanny, not sure I follow the logic, why should newspaper cause it but not cardboard or a towel?

My book says use wood shavings, but don't have any of those.

I've got loads of cardboard though, if this is better for them
