| i bought an octagon 20 last week, its now up and running with eggs in, but it keeps creaking and the movement of the incubator in the cradle doesn't seem to be that smooth, it looks like it stick ans jumps can i do anything to sort it out? |

| Take the unit of the cradle....youll see a round disc...near the "lugs" squirt a bit around that.......its the mechanism for turning !!! |

it's still sticking and jumping, so i phoned brinsea who are going to send a new cradle thingy
just hope i can put it toghether on my own now  |

Hi Estelle..............the cradle has 4 screws and 4 holes for the screws...................go girl.............you can do it!!!
It is a bit scary wondering if you've done it right .........
