My neighbours do, but they are away on holiday for 2 weeks so can't ask them about it!
I know of 2 that do in Hampshire, but there must be others near you though.
Maybe someone else can help.
If you look on www.bigbarn.co.uk you may find some local producers too. |

For anybody living in the south west, my OH is just opening a farm shop selling; beef, rare breed lame, hogget and mutton (breeds being, kerry hill, welsh mountain, herdwick, poll dorset, southdown and occasional suffolk.), rare breed pork (breeds being, tamworth, saddleback, oxford sandy and black, iron age wich are wild boar crossed tamworth and all of above crossed with Duroc.). the shop is situated on the farm so you can acctually come and see the parent of the animals your about to eat. Previously we could only sell the meat in whole or half animals, and not chop by chop as food saftey regulations means it has to go straight from the butcher to the buyer.
We also sell duck and chicken eggs, and free range duck, goose and guinea fowl |
