Was such lovely weather on Saturday I managed to get new photos of all the birds. So thoghut I'd post some poland piccies on here Razz

First of all Firarn, my chamois poland cockerel (bantam). He ahs suddenly become very tame, yay!! Has taken since June, but was well worth all the effort, to now be able to pick him up without havnig a mad dash after him.

Eugenie my whtie crested black poland pullet (bantam, who has grown heaps since I got her on 11th December!! Now getting quite big, anf fat with it Embarassed

. very tame, but has a thnig for wandering, so have to keep a close eye on her.

Pod, my chamois poland pullet (frizzled, bantam). Slightly weary whe n I got her at first in August, and terrified of anythnig that moved Embarassed

Now however, a very happy, lvoely bird, not scared of anything. Who spends all day eating. You have to make her go out.

Malan, my spalshed poland hen (large fowl). Such a sweetie, and full of character!! She is as good as gold, though usually ahs a mucky crest Razz

. I do wash their crests regularly, just so you know l-o-l. Took her for a wlak the other day in the field (yes, I do taske my polands for walks, as they come to their names, and follow me like dogs hehe Laughing

) so the 2nd pcicie is her on a branch in the field.

And finally, piccies of the best bird EVER! Seni, the chamois poland pullet!! (bantam) Lovely, lovely girl, who has been a hit from day one, with everyone who has seen her. Full of character, and who has come through a lot since I got her in June. Sweet as can be, and full of beans Razz

I'm convinced you drug your birds to get them to stay so calm Fangs! Ours would never sit still long enough.
