A friend from another forum covers eggs with polymer clay. So what you say? Have a look at her site www.keepsakeeggs.com/ WE have a few of her eggs now, looking for a branch to make a display for Easter, eg
Kirsty has this one ( I blew her first bantam egg and sent it to America and Toni sent it back decorated - not sure which of us is maddest!:
I have one of these:
Craig chose one of these for his first egg:
Don't think I will be trying this any time soon! |

| We used to blow eggs to decorate for Easter in the States. You make two holes with a pin, one on pointed end (the top), one on wide end (bottom hole should be slightly larger) and blow the contents out from the top with a handy bowl beneath to catch. You'll have a red face with the effort and a scrambled egg. |

Its quite a tradition in some countries to make egg decorations for Easter
Anyone else fancy having a go? Should have enough eggs to practise on before Easter! Could have our own forum easter egg competition (I must be bored today ) Just painting one though - I wasn't thinking of the clay ones that started this thread. |

They are extremely pretty, but I don't think I'd have the patience to do it myself! |

Well, any sort of decorated egg then. Did anyone else see the episode of River Cottage where they had an egg throwing competition? All the eggs were decorated. IIRC anything goes - as long as its a decorated egg |

I seem to remember seeing it. They were hard-boiled though, weren't they? |
