Well I am about to get a sample ....I fixed the next doors car and I didnt want anything for it but she went and ordered us a Christmas veggie box for a thank you, which was nice ,so If its OK we will be having them reglier loik

Not at the moment ...its mainly down the south but they are growing fast and so theres always a possibility.

,most of the people at the saterday farmers market grow organicly ,ok there not a lot there though but it is growing Very Happy

Yep - that's the one I get.

I'm very pleased with the quality of the veggies and it really flexible as you can amend your order online if necessary.

the one in the center of stornoway ,they have been selling island grapes as well in the summer ,strawberries and veg it's getting bigger slowly on tomorrow morning ,go early though they sell out quickly

how did you know jaydee Shocked ,on most sat the earlier the better ,butchers open at 7.30 about 8 is the right time i think if you get there after 11 there's very little left

Anyone interested in finding out what organic and free range produce is available in their area should look on this website . All you need to do is type in your location or postcode and you will be shown a map with all the local producers. I was quite amazed to see what was available close to me in Cambridge.www.bigbarn.com

There's quite a lot in Cambridge area though... I used to get a weekly box delivered. there isn't as much in the way of growers up here as it's so windy and polytunnels do cost a lot. But hopefully it will change as crofters are being encouraged to diversify their crofts use - it's pretty much been a monoculture of sheep since the clearances.
