| I've finally managed to get two turkeys, 1 stag 1 hen both are the common white variety but are brilliant to keep, after a quarantine period they were introduced to the chickens, signs of black head were watched for thankfully nothing. they got on great together and couldn't understand the fuss about things like hanging cabbage greens or bread, but now they act like giant chickens and follow me around everywhere, and i just cannot bring myself to eat turkey for christmas, it wouldn't seem right, bytheway they re called george and cranberry(pics soon) |
