Sorry but I just had to take pics - these were our first ever home laid eggs - it's a momentous occasion that just needed to be recorded. But that's it now - eggs eaten - shells disposed of - camera off - no more pics 
The double yolker had to go to OH as it was his hen who laid it. There'll be a fight for the next one though (assuming we get another!)
Nanny - they tasted absolutely fab! It just makes you realise how tasteless supermarket eggs can be. |

We had another BIG egg on Saturday - 62g, then she had a day off on Sunday and a smaller egg this morning.
What do you reckon then - is it going to be another double yolker? I'm going to keep you all in suspense until we have enough for us all to eat again |
