We seem to have an infestation of red mite. We have been using Diatom for a few weeks - both on the girls and in their nest box. Any ideas? |

I haven't had the 'pleasure' myself, but others have on here. From what I hear it is an everyday for a long time, cleaning and dusting and, and, and,
Ohhhhhh, poor you.

I would use poultry shield or something similar to cut down the infestation,
A few people recommend using a blow torch |

| I believe you can also use a steam pressure washer on the house for good results. |

I use poultry shield whenever it's drying weather.
I also use a blow-torch to flame all the cracks every week. So far I've had no problem with red-mite |
