dont you dare.listen to your cheffy pal.in aheavy skillet pan half teaspoon best oil prick each banger 3 times cook to a golden brown state all over (keep moving the bangers) place aside to keep warm,cook 2 eggs just how you like them,withmushrooms and thick sliced cooked tomatoes put on a warmed plate with bangers eat with mr H s ketchup and fresh bread and butter just one recipe from 100s for the british banger.......mojo

I still think Toad in the Hole is the best thing to do with Sausages. I force Stephen to make it most weeks.

He does clean too (v domesticated) I just sit on the sofa all day being fed peeled grapes compress

bangers have definately got to be served with a HUGE pile of mashed potatoes (mashed with a load of proper butter, creamy milk and black pepper), peas and sooooo much home made onion gravy you could float a battleship on it. possibly with a nice pint of proper beer (sorry debs but none of your american 'beer') or a large glass or red, the bigger the better, which is how your hips and bum will be if you eat this too often. now what shall i have for my tea....................
