After going on about how good my ice-cream machine was... last night I made up some vanilla mix didn't put it in the fridge as it felt quite cold....put it in machine and it didn't freeze So today I made up some more and put it in fridge for a good few hours.....well it has now been churning for an hour with no sign of freezing I am not sure if maybe the bowl wasn't frozen enough (maybe frezzer setting needs adjusting) or what but I am left with the promise of ice-cream only to be let done again I know it is just food but I have had a busy few days and had even made rhubarb crumble to go with it! The fat free or low fat will not solidify.
