Well done Nigel! Perhaps you could sell it via the forum?

Someone in our village makes honey & I always buy local if I can. It tastes delilcious. Smile Drool

You can also sell the beeswax and propolis

What about Honey soap ?

I have a recipe for beeswax polish if you have wwod furniture - basically just beeswax and turps with a bit of esssential oil

you can also use it to make handcreams etc

Local honey is also brilliant for Hayfever sufferers - MOH hasn't had hayfever - although we live in the middle of farmland since he started eating locally grown honey on a regular basis. I think this works like homeopathy - in that you build up a tolerance to the local pollens - he used to have awful streaming eyes, sneezing etc - no longer.

Now what can I do to help him his allergy to housework - claims the dust upsets him......
