I hope it will be next early Summer, but we are still awaiting Mark's pension figures, so we really know what we're doing.
And then I guess it will depend on the sale of the house.
We will both need to give 3 months notice to our employers.
So, earliest May (if the house sells, and they do sell in this road) or June. Don't tell mark I'm thinking that far ahead Wink
I am so excited and nervous, and then I keep reminding myself that if it doesn't work, we can always come back and if we cannot afford to buy back here, we can rent easily.
Mark even managed to remember todaythat we will be living on less money even if we stayed here, so that's good Very Happy

Rent first, so we have time to look around. Many of the agents on the Internet are aiming at the Brits and are more expensive, so being there means we can go look in the windows at properties priced for the French. Shocked

Good idea to rent first, make sure you get the right place instead of buying the first one that comes along.
I rented first, couldn't find anywhere better so bought the house I was renting Very Happy
friends of mine did it the other way and are now looking to move after 18 months Confused
