Aw bless - one of my new girls (only arrived on Saturday) has laid me an egg. Their very first. I've gone all mushy with that looking at it in awe and amazement 1st egg kinda feeling.....
Pic to follow - technology is conspiring against me with the camera lately. Batteries just run out and the spares need charging too

| we all know that feeling, don't we? My wheaten maran has just come into lay and I just stand there holding the egg and gazing at it ~ like it's the first ever hatched |

Hi All
It's over 50 years now since I collected my first warm egg.
I still marvel at the wonderfull feeling I get each day and thank the birds for all the enjoyment they have given me over the years.
Regards
Stamina |
