Is it ok to leave them in run when I am out and let them run around garden when I'm in because I think they get confused and don't know what time of day is what as my hours are erratic. Do they need a proper routine to lay? I know I sound stupid but it's a pain after having eggs and now they've stopped. I have been handling them but Kiwi is very nervous and won't go anywhere near Hetty, so that probably doesn't help in the run. Have also checked around to see if they are laying under bushes etc but no luck.
