Big Mama
She's my White and Gold Comet and mother to all of last years baby goldfish (coz a heron ate Granny last spring as well as 4 of the boy's)

We took loads to the pet shop, but kept a few that I liked the colour of.

Laughing

The fun thing about goldfish is that all the babies are black, they don't start getting their colour for about 6 month's so you can never tell what colour you are going to get.

Some of her babies were pure red, some orange, some yellow and some white (depending on the daddy) and some a mix of the first 3 colours and white.

I've got 4 black babies in the fish tank, as it's great fun watching them changing colour as they grow up!
