enjoyed the cricket result........but remember those long gone days when folks used skill not electrics to raise poultry..........eggs in a egg tray covered with a damp teacloth by the aga stove turned when you got up and when you went to bed.........eggs in a wooden lettuce box with a turf bottom which covered hot manure.....aaah those where the days when men were men and chickens were poultry................come on you senoir poultry persons dig deep for breeding memories of birds to show the youngsters( no comments alien) what it used to be like.......luv mojo Cool

I remember it well



My Great Grandfather was premature when he was born in 1900 and they kept him in the oven (with the door open of course) until he was stronger.

Mark's Uncle you to piss his mother off by telling this story at his wedding. He told people he was born with broken wrists, hanging on for the wedding Laughing
