Andy went out this morning and found that one of Lucy's eggs has hatched , it is grey with a cream chest and a spot on head - so a boy maybe ? . Another one has pipped too - they aren't due till tomorrow so hopefully there will be more. Poor Elvis didn't get to meet his offspring . |

| Could be either as Elvis was a cross. Any idea of who laid the egg/eggs? |

| Could have been any of the following - bluebelle, welsummer (got a couple that lay lighter coloured eggs than the others), black rock or lohmann. I've some welsummer crosses from earlier in the year laying similar coloured eggs too. Not checked this morning, will see later if any more have arrived. |
