Hi all. I have been visiting your site for a while but thought I should say hello.
Are you still hatching in France ? I travel across to nw haute vienne quite regular, so if you need any small items or hatching eggs bringing over let me know.

Hi Ian, Welcome to the forum, it is always nice when people who have been visiting decide to come and join in.
When you visit France do you fly or drive over? I ask this because I can see your very kind offer being eagerly taken up in the Spring and you may need a very big boot in the car A lot of us do rear chicks from hatching eggs and different breeds are very difficult to source here in France, that is one of the reasons this Franglais section has been set up, so that, hopefully, the France based members will find it easier to exchange poultry and hatching eggs. |

Hi Sylvia
We do fly occasionally but mostly drive across. Usually with a van and trailer as I supply compact tractors and implements to customers throughout rural France and the UK. I don't mind bringing small items for people if I have space.

| ian .........welcome.........that may be an offer you come to regret ...so many of us cant source the right breeds for us in france that the only way is to bring eggs from UK..........seriously if you come regularly maybe you could set up a egg transporting section i am sure it could work out well |

Thanks mojo
I did squint a bit when i was typing, waiting for the onslaught. I don't want to start a egg run all over France, but if i get them over to my place people could collect them from me if that helps.
I am coming over in the next 2 weeks or so.
