I was given a magazine by a friend that had a section on a DIY chicken autopsy Shocked with info on what is normal/abnormal, what the common diseases we have look like etc - complete with pictures pale puke_r . It's not something I'd have thought of doing myself (or probably at all), and wondered if anyone has done one before.

We did a course on chicken diseases and did a few autopsies although we never did any autopsies on our own fowls.

It's the October issue of 'New Zealand Growing Today magazine'. Doubtful you would be able to find it Laughing, BUT if you like, I can scan it and email you a PDF copy of it. Very Happy

I've done a number of autopsies on my birds, I have a good website with pictures/info as well - I did have it saved but I seem to have lost it again - I'll have a look for it and post the link.
