ok it's not milkmaid this is her daughter, just wandering with the horses in this condition what can i do to stop the old one with his hoofs cracks, we have tryed hoof oil, to get condition but due to the wrong nails being used 6 months ago, he has cracks splintin from the nails . the horses are used for riding but one is still not fully bombproof in traffic, we have a beach near by but i'm not keen on taking on the busy road becuase he's very big and powerful and it would take both of us to handel him if he spooks, so we ride with the older one as a leader and is bombproof just a diffecult balancing act, so can't be done every day. all so both me and the owner needs to be present and i can't be there everyday so please ideas!
