Are they injections? If they are, you probably wont be able to buy them online without a prescription or some kind of veterinary certification. Oral vaccinations, maybe. I'd visit a vet and ask, or call whoever you got your chickens from.

Most vaccines come in 1000 doses so are not practical for small flocks. Unless you are talking antibiotics then you can get them from your vet in smaller doses.
