One of my girls has a dirty patch on her breast. There is some feather loss there aswell, but she seems fine. Bright eyed running around. if you can help cheers.....

With the weather we've been having lately, several of mine have muddy patches where they've settled down for a rest. I wouldn't worry unless she looks unwell. She'll probably clean it off herself soon. Wink

She may also be moulting if she's lost some feathers - either that or going broody! Embarassed

Have you dusted her for lice & mites? Wink

Could also be where she rests her chest on the perch at night.

thanks for ya help.....the perch might be on the ball coz the girl sleep in a nesting box!
