Sounds promising, keep up the good work and you will soon have a dog thats totally trustworthy around the chooks - just don't rush it . |

Thought I'd bump this thread!
Our hens are now free ranging in the garden and the dog is not interested in them anymore and just ignores them most of the time.
So do ye think the fox will stay away now that the dog is with the hens? He chases any wildlife that comes into the garden but I have heard of some dogs playing with foxes....

Well done with your boy, it's nice to be able to relax and enjoy them ALL together. As for foxes, they are one animal mine ARE allowed to chase out of the paddock . |

mine get to chase squirrels, magpies, crows and bl**dy rabbits too  |
