I am going to collect our 6 Brown Sussex Hens tomorrow. I intend using Crisp boxes, with vents slotted in them. Is it alright to put 2 hens in each box, or should it be 1 box each?
Any other little tip would be appreciated.

| you should be ok with 2 in each box,a bit of company for each other too! put some shavings or hay/straw in the bottom as they can get messy. enjoy your new chooks |

Unless they already know each other, be prepared for the occasional loud squawk - it can be very un-nerving as you're driving along! |

Many thanks!
I am expecting the journey home to be noisy.
Also, just found a pet store (Independent) who stock all feed and stuff so happy about that! |
